In 2000 Aslan began expanding offered services to include advanced engineering and analysis services in what is now known as the Wireless Solutions Division (WSD). The search was on for the most experienced and knowledgeable individual to head this division, as it turns out he came looking for Aslan. P L Ojeda had been a RF Engineer for many years, working for major carriers as well as a tour with Agilent Technologies. P L Ojeda (Oje') has many projects to his credits, including the development of some standard designs and technologies that currently exist in the Wireless Industry. He had personally trained many of the senior level engineers in the industry today. With Aslan, Oje' has created and enhanced many services that other engineering services try to offer as "cookie cutter" efforts. Aslan always stands out with its contributions, even when completing seemingly the same tasks as others Aslan's performance is far above par.
