Site Services Division – Field Technician(s) - Southern California
Description of duties: Responsible for completing sweep tests and ground resistance testing on cellular / wireless communication sites. Processing, delivery (electronic), and support of test results. Technicians will drive to areas in and around California and perform testing on sites located anywhere from downtown too rural and mountain areas. Upon completion of training, technicians work autonomously in completing their tasks.
Company vehicle is provided, as well as all tools and equipment required for this position.
Candidates must have a valid California Driver License and Clean Driving Record.
A secure place to park a company vehicle (locking garage or enclosed secure area).
THIS POSITION REQUIRES INTENSE SCHEDULING: There is no routine to this position. There may be night work on some days and day work on others. A candidate must be completely flexible to the schedule, including overnight stays from time to time.
Candidates with a minimum of BSEE are encouraged to apply, however a degree is not required.
This position provides opportunities to cross train into other services the company offers.
Position compensation is negotiable depending on experience and aptitude. Field Technicians are paid salary, plus overtime for any hours over 8 per day. Benefits are offered after 90 days of service, as well as paid vacations.
Ideal candidates will be located (living) in Southern California, in or around Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Bernardino.
